The tutor was helpful, but the live voice feature wasn't working, which made it challenging to communicate my needs. I struggled to integrate my speech with visuals, and unfortunately, not all of my visuals were received by the tutor. At times, it felt like the tutor was uncertain about his/her ability to assist me and possibly became defensive. I find typing into a chat feature frustrating, as it doesn't allow me to fully express what I need. This was my first tough experience. I like the voice feature. Overall, he/she was helpful.
