I waited a really long time for someone to come on (1 hour and 10 minutes). Once she did, she did help reassure me, but we didn't solve the problem. It doesn't help that we have to use software that is outside of DeVry with no DeVry support for the website builder, Infinity Free. There are conflicting instructions for how to use their website builder and what to expect. It would be beneficial to be more streamlined.

There desperately needs to be a pseudocode/raptor section somewhere. These are the things I have needed help with the most, and there are no tutors available to help who know how to do them. I have had several go out of their way to try to help, but if they don't know how to do it, there are no other options.
