Disliked that the original tutor passed me over after just having explained my situation since his shift was ending, maybe enabling it so that the new tutor who you are transferred to could read all message history could alleviate this issue.

Thank you for your help and guidance. As a beginner, I found the session very useful. The explanations about thesis statements, analysis, paragraph organization, and transitions were simple and easy to understand. I especially found the idea that analysis is answering 'why' very helpful. The resources you shared will also be valuable as I continue improving my writing skills
