My only comment is that it takes a bit for the tutor to read what the problem is and figure out how to answer it, but that takes from the hour tutoring session. I feel the sessions should not be limited time, or the 1 hour time slot should start once the tutor is ready. This is not the tutor's fault, they understandably need time to figure out what's going on.
