The session went really well, Mrs. Robin is wonderful. The issue I am having is the wait times for sessions recently. I understand that tutors with voice chat capabilities can be difficult to find, especially on a Saturday where less tutors are online, but I waited two hours for the session today and an hour for all my previous sessions this week. Is there any way to add more tutors to the schedule? I am not sure how the program works, but if there is something that can be done to reduce wait times?
