This tutor was patient and the one before just left me. He didn't do much to understand. Also I like to say that keep that in mind not all students will understand what they are learning because they just learned it. SO make sure that all tutors just know that we don't know it.

The tutor stated that the problem was outside of their expertise because they didnt read the question, but they later explained that they were able to help. The did not type in the chat in a welcoming or friendly manner.

I would like to be able to speak directly with the tutor. I had a hard time coming up with the direct question. I felt they could have helped me piece my question together based on the observations I was trying to process. My tutor was great though. Sameera clarified what it was I was asking and rerouted me back to where my focuse should be.
