I needed help revising my flowchart based on my instructor's feedback. They reviewed the feedback, 3 versions of my work, the rubric instructions, and the UML. Then, they confirmed that the feedback did not align with my previously submitted work and advised me to follow up with my instructor. They explained how each version of my flowchart was correct or unnecessary, helped me fix it to match both the current assignment guidelines and the initial instructions, and gave me a list of what we covered before ending the session. They were nice, patient, and understanding. They answered all of my questions, explained things in a way I could understand, and cleared all of my confusion!

I needed help with revising my pseudocode for a game prompt and making sure it followed the rubric requirements. The first tutor I had was nice, read through the instructions, reviewed my writing, and started to show me some suggestions for certain areas of my work; however, something happened half way through the session and the system transferred me to another tutor.. The second tutor was also nice, and was able to answer a majority of the main questions I had, and helped me fix inconsistencies and improper jargon in my pseudocode in the time we had left.
