The tutors were nice, but it would have been helpful to have a tutorial about how the platform worked, I wasn't given a voice option, wasted 11 minutes of teh first session being connected to the wrong type of tutor (I entered algebra and was connected to a geometry tutor). Had to be transferred twice. Aaron and Tamara were both great.
