Peg’s background in financial planning and investments, coupled with her expertise in college financial planning make her uniquely qualified to support families. She has also been through this process with her twin children, so she gets it. Peg is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker at schools and organizations. She is a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), the Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC), and the National College Advocacy Group (NCAG). Peg holds degrees from Cornell University and Indiana University.

Ryan brings over 15 years of expertise in financial aid and need analysis, currently serving as the Director of Financial Aid at Harvard Medical School. He began his career as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Boston College, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Higher Education. His journey then took him to MIT, where he served as the Associate Director of Financial Aid.
Ryan has spent most of his career supporting students at elite educational institutions, gaining a deep understanding of how crucial financial aid is to making private education accessible for families. His passion for financial aid grew as he saw firsthand how need-based aid positively impacted the students he advised.
Josh DeMaio

Josh began his career in higher education shortly after completing his undergraduate degree at Boston College. With 20 years of experience in the industry, he has held various roles, helping students and parents navigate the complexities of financing a college education. Josh earned both his B.A. and M.B.A. from Boston College, and a second Master’s degree from UMass-Boston. He is also a certified Project Manager.
Currently, Josh serves as the Director of Student Funding at the MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on graduate students after many years of working directly with undergraduate students and their families.
