A: If your starting score is below 170, your official score did not increase from your starting score in accordance with the table below, and you meet other eligibility requirements below, we will refund your tuition (all or a portion) in accordance with the table below, less the fee and shipping charges for any materials that we may have shipped to you. - Complete all 6 required practice tests according to the schedule, each in one sitting.
- Complete all required homework according to the schedule in your syllabus.
- Take your official LSAT test on or before the recommended test date.
A: If you enroll in a classroom course and cancel before accessing your online materials, you can receive a full tuition refund all the way up to the start of your program. No refunds will be given after the start of your program, and shipping costs will not be refunded. All materials must be unused and returned for a full tuition refund.
