34th Annual CCM & LMSA West Regional Conference Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE 34TH ANNUAL CCM & LMSA WEST REGIONAL CONFERENCE GIVEAWAY ("GIVEAWAY"), PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of TPR Education, LLC ("Sponsor") and of its affiliates; the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or "step") of each of the foregoing individuals and those persons, whether related or not, who have lived in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Giveaway); and distributors and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Giveaway.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on March 3, 2018 and ends at 2:00 pm PST on March 3, 2018.
3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Giveaway in any of the following ways: (i) in-person, visit Sponsor’s table at the 34th Annual CCM & LMSA West Regional Conference (“Conference”) in Los Angeles, CA, and submit your name and email address (limit one (1) entry in this manner); and/or (ii) by mail, by hand printing your name, complete address, email address, and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8 ½ X 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to “The Princeton Review, Attn: 4th Annual CCM & LMSA West Regional Conference, 110 E. 42nd Street, 7th floor, New York, NY 10017”. Entrants using US mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 3, 2018 and received by March 7, 2018. Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced or pre-printed mailing labels, or entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, and entries by any other means which subvert the entry process will not be accepted. Mechanical stamping machines are acceptable. Incorrect, illegible, corrupt, and/or incomplete entries are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about March 7, 2018, Sponsor will select one (1) entry at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If the selected winner is not an eligible to win the prize, fails to comply with the Official Rules and/or to submit any required documentation within the designated period, declines the prize for any reason, or cannot be reached using the contact information provided in the entry, that winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry. Additionally, the name of the confirmed winner may be posted on Sponsor’s social media accounts.
6. PRIZE (1): The winner will receive one coupon for 50% off any LiveOnline or in-person MCAT course of his or her choice (“Selected Course”). Total Approximate Retail Value: between $900 and $1300 depending of Selected Course. Winner may not transfer the prize or substitute the prize for another prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner must use the coupon towards a Selected Course by December 31, 2018.
7. GENERAL By entering Giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its affiliates and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. All federal and state laws apply.
8. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Giveaway may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor's products and special promotions and may be shared with Sponsor’ affiliates or third parties. 9. RELEASE: After receiving notification, the winner may be required to execute and return a Prize Verification Form and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) to the Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification.
10. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Princeton Review, Attn: 34th Annual CCM & LMSA West Regional Conference Giveaway, 110 East 42nd St., Suite 700, New York, NY 10017. Please specify “Official Rules” or “Winner List” and the Giveaway name on the front the envelope. VT residents need not include return postage for Official Rules requests.
