HOW TO ENTER: Go to www1.princetonreview.com/Giveaway and click on “Enter to win”.  Complete all required information in the registration fields.  Upon completion of registration, you will be entered into the sweepstakes drawings remaining from and after your date of entry for the Grand Prizes, as described below.  Sweepstakes ends at 11:59PM EST on April 23, 2012.   LIMIT: one entry per person or email address. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry will void all entries and result in disqualification

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, age 13 or over, except for employees of The Princeton Review, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates and subsidiaries and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in four (4) random drawings conducted by Sponsor on or about April 3, 2012, April 10, 2012, April 17, 2012 and April 24, 2012.    Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received as of date of drawing.  Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent drawings. Winners will be notified by e-mail or mail, and will be required to respond within five days of initial notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected, at Sponsor’s option.  Winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will also be required to sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE: Four (4) Grand Prizes (one per week, as identified in Rule 3).  Winner will receive Sponsor's choice of one of the following:  ( a)  $2,000 in American Express gift cards, (b) choice of Princeton Review SAT Ultimate, ACT Ultimate or AP Small Group Instruction course (Retail Value: $749 to $999); (c) 3 hours of individual admissions and financial counseling with Princeton Review experts (Approximate Retail Value: $480) or (d) library of 5 Princeton Review college guidebooks chosen by Princeton Review (retail value $112) and $500 in American Express gift cards (approximate retail value of Grand Prizes ranges from $480 to $2,000.  Total prize value:  $4,091.  For prize of Princeton Review course, winner must enroll in a course with a start date no later than December 31, 2012, or prize will be forfeited.  No assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Limit one prize per family/household.  

GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of acceptance or use of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or undeliverable email or mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If terminated, winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination.  In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All federal and state laws apply.
