1. ELIGIBILITY: This Free Practice Test Follow-Up Survey Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals who are between 13 and 17 years of age or otherwise considered a minor in their state of residence must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' permission prior to participating. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of TPR Education, LLC d/b/a The Princeton Review ("Sponsor") and its affiliates and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate in or win this Giveaway.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: This Giveaway begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time on May 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on May 18, 2026.
3. HOW TO ENTER: You will be automatically entered in this Giveaway by completing the Free Practice Test Follow-Up Survey that we may provide you a link to and providing your email address in the survey. You may also enter this Giveaway by completing an online entry form located at Free Practice Test Giveaway Entry Form. The time that Sponsor's system shows as the time of receipt of the survey response or online entry form is the official time of receipt of the entry. Only one entry per person (either by completing the survey or completing the online entry form, but not both). Incorrect, illegible, or incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost or late or for Internet, computer, or software malfunction, or other error. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
4. WINNER SELECTION: On or about June 1, 2026, Sponsor will select 5 winners at random from among all eligible entries received. If a selected winner was not eligible to enter this Giveaway, fails to comply with these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, cannot be reached using the email address provided, or declines the prize, the selected winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by the email address provided when completing the survey or on the postcard entry.
7. PRIZE: Each of the 5 winners will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card* (approximate retail value of $50). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $250. The winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. If the winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems the winner to be a minor, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.

8. PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The winners will receive their prize via the email address provided during entry on the same day as the drawing.
9. RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Giveaway, entrant (a) hereby releases and holds Sponsor, its affiliates, and its and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all claims and liability arising out of entrant's participation in this Giveaway or receipt or use of a prize and (b) agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
10. GENERAL: By entering this Giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final in all matters. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and state laws. If Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway or the integrity or feasibility of this Giveaway is undermined by any event or cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event), Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway without notice or further obligation. If Sponsor elects to terminate this Giveaway as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing among all eligible entries received up to the time of such termination.

12. GOVERNING LAW: This Giveaway and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and entrants will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of New York, County of New York. Entrant consents to the jurisdiction of the state courts of New York and federal court located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Giveaway.
