Room and Board
Room cost: $2,900 (includes a single room in a non-coed 4-person suite with 2 shared bathrooms)
- Each suite has a full kitchen, dining room table, couch and chair.
- The full kitchen comes with an oven, a stove and a full-size refrigerator. Pots, pans, baking sheets and all necessary plates, utensils, cups, spatulas and spoons are provided.
- There is no TV provided. Students can opt to bring their own.
- Each room has access to a T3 Wi-Fi internet. The login and password will be provided at check-in.
- Each private bedroom has a twin XL bed.
Housekeeping|Laundry
- Towels and toiletries will not be provided. Linens will need to be provided by the student.
- There are coin-operated laundry facilities.
Meals
- UCF housing does NOT offer a dining plan in the summer. Each student will be responsible for his or her own food.

Room and board
$3,499 for a single room in a four-person suite with two shared bathrooms.
$2,999 for a shared room in a four-person suite (two per bedroom) with two shared bathrooms.
* Both housing options come with a prepaid $500 meal card for on-campus use.
- Housing will be provided at the Manchester Village Apartments on campus.
- Each suite is furnished and has two full-size bathrooms, a living area, a dining area and a full-size kitchen.
- A microwave, full-size fridge, and a full-size oven with 4 burner tops (electric, not gas) are provided. There are no dishes, cookware, or silverware available.
- Students in the single-room option will have their own bedroom but will share a bathroom with one other student.
- Students in double rooms will share a bedroom and bathroom with another student in the program. The Princeton Review staff will select suitemates of the same gender.
Housekeeping | Laundry
- Bedding and bath linen will be provided.
- Students are welcome to bring their own pillows and towel.
- Easy access to onsite laundry facilities is available on the first floor of Manchester Village. These are pay-by-use laundry facilities. Housekeeping will come to the apartment regularly to change the linen.
Meals
- Resident students will be provided with a pre-loaded, debit-style dining card worth $500 with their selected housing option tuition. Students may also use cash/credit at the dining facilities, so they do not need to reload the card once they have used up all of their funds.
- Students will eat most of their meals in the cafeteria of the Student Life Pavilion —a delicious food court concept with multiple options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Directly above the cafeteria is Tu Mercado, an award-winning organic market that features a full-scale grocery line replete with locally grown fresh produce and fair trade products.
Additional Information
- Resident students will have access to a small gym in Manchester Village.
- This gym provides mostly cardio equipment (treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes).
- For ~$25/week, students can gain access to a larger gym on campus that has free weights and additional strength-training equipment.
