of the challenge encountered during the student interaction, being able to help the student, and the gratification obtained when understanding of the particular topic is achieved by the student.

Would love if the CCBC increased our tutor time. In an accelerated chemistry 107 class and the home assignments take a couple of hours most of the time just to do 3/4.
