Harris (original tutor) struggled to answer some of my questions to the point where I doubted he knew the correct answers. He then said he had a technical issue and needed to transfer me. Allysa is the second tutor I got, and she was excellent. She explained the concepts well (Harris was, indeed, incorrect) and helped me work through what I was stuck on.

Something that is not on this tutor, I have noticed with a couple. I am not sure if it is a script given as an option, but beginning with the allotted timeframe is less personable than waiting towards the end and giving an option to return later if necessary. Other than that, wonderful sessions.
