This service is usually helpful however, I find that with the limited time offered less time should be spent in the beginning with pleasantries and introductions. If a question and file have been submitted, I shouldn't have to spend the first 15 minutes re-explaining the question. This particular session was the most helpful in the past 24hrs but on this particularly confusing question, I've still yet to make any progress.

However for my learning style, I do better with going step by step through the problem and not being asked questions to find it on my own.
