The whiteboard area is the biggest barrier to achieving maximum help. If there is a better way to input writing please let users know. I have tried to use my pen on writing area and it would not draw. Other than that, the tutor was helpful, but there was a lot of wasted time trying to draw legibly with a mouse. This tutor went above and beyond helping me where others couldn't.
