I think that the tutor interactive should be a required part of the online experience. I felt I got more help from my tutors than I have in class/ online setting. It should count towards overall grade.

We cannot use voice option bcs the mic is inactivated by Administrator. It is essential to use mic in languages studies. Pls provide options to hear a tutor.
