I am a faculty member and was reviewing the resource for our students. I was a bit surprised that tutoring was offered for an item that there are no resources for. For example, time management. You can request tutoring for time management, but there are no resources on the platform regarding time management. So students would have to use their allotted time to find resources to help them, when they may not need a tutor. They may just need the resource. My session took 6 minutes, and I just asked questions about where to find the resources. No resources were actually provided to me, and that is fine since I disclosed that I am a faculty member. I may be overlooking these resources. That is always a possibility, but in case I am not overlooking them, I wanted to provide some feedback (hopefully useful) for you.

My tutor was amazing I will most definitely be using this service again. (It's a real life saver)

I thought I requested a writing tutor when I put writing center as the subject. I am confused with the website/service but my tutor was very nice and I appreciated their feedback!

My tutor was encouraging and helped lead me to a focused topic for my research paper that will help me be more successful in my studies.
