Career Experience
I began my journey as a math tutor when I was in the seventh grade, as my junior high math teacher had me 'teach' the lessons to the students who were absent from class. My classmates always told me I explained the material to them better than the teacher did. Little did I know how much that experience would change my life. I majored in math in college, and became a high school math teacher. After over thirty years of working with high school students in the public schools, I found Tutor.com. I have been a math tutor with Tutor.com since 2013.
