I would not recommend the tutor that helped me to any of my classmates. At multiple points in the session he sounded unsure, impatient, disinterested in helping me and borderline rude. This could have been in part due to the lack of audio abilities on their end but I have not had communication issues with other instructors who lacked audio capabilities before through this service.
