The agent was not in the scope of my question, which was my fault by selecting the wrong subject. I was previously selecting the correct subject but this time the tutor took the time to troubleshoot the issue since it was showing me selecting a different subject. The tutor provided the information to reach out to the tech support team to work with me to identify why it is sending me to the python subject when selecting intro to computer science.
