I was very confused during this session. I didn't understand how to simplify the answers. The previous tutor told me to use the letters X and Y without any numbers next to them, while this tutor told me to multiply numbers with the letters, which made it even more confusing.

I had a really hard time with this problem because my brain does not fully understand the concept of WHY with most mathematical functions. This tutor did his best to be patient and help explain things slowly to me in a way I could understand. As dumb and hopeless as I feel, he gave me a chance to try to understand it better and in the end, I think I can solve this problem on my own now.

It was my first time using the service and I had mixed emotions about both the people and the software. Will definitely use it again in the future if needed because it does serve a purpose despite any warts it has. Would really like to play around with the whiteboard portion without using minutes to familiarize myself with the tools and see if I can get a workaround figured out so I have a stylus instead of mouse for working problems.
