Tutor was a little slow when responding to my questions - not too slow that it impeded my learning, but I would get much faster response times with an in-person tutor. This could be because of a pay structure based on the length of the session (tutor tries their hardest to prolong the session) or just slow typing speed.

Gerardo - I am an older student, maybe the tutor is having a bad day. I worked with Gerardo before, but today it was different. It felt I was being lectured down to because I did not remember what he just explained to me. Gerardo stated that I should not study something new before an exam. I am using the services to help me NOT be talked down to.

The tutor was awesome but there was a glitch on the website's side that didn't let me use my drawing tool on the whiteboard. It also didn't allow me to post the file I needed to. But Gerardo was really helpful and patient and was able to teach me very well even without my ability to use these tools.
