It took the tutor awhile to break the steps down to me in the chat. He realized he should do that. Also, the visual was too small. I spent almost the whole hour trying to get him to explain how to autofill. He left me know at the end there is another way through the menu to do autofill. I am very stressed from this session. He did eventually tell me things the way I needed him to tell me them.
