The best, kindest, patient person I have ever talked to in my whole experience using this website. The first tutor that I got didn't understand my problem so they transferred me and within 15 min Jennifer B. helped me! At first I was upset because whenever I got transferred it would always take a long time process and some of the time it wouldn't even do it so I am glad this time in less than 1 minute the other tutor showed up.
