Jimmy U was by far the best tutor I've had so far. He did his part to explain, as well as did a little bit of quick researching on his own to help me find a formula that matched the rather odd method used in the textbook!

The audio was spotty. It was in and out clarity wise. I think that it would really benefit the tutors if they had a 2 in 1 computer so they would have pen capabilities because it was almost painful to watch them draw equations with their mouse.
