Career Experience
I have a variety of educational experiences in working with students. I have taught mathematics at all levels, with much time spent on algebra and geometry. I have also been a high school counselor and elementary principal. Throughout the years, I have tutored elementary, junior high and high school students in their courses or in preparing them for exit level exams. I currently teach 5th & 6th grade math at a private school.
I Love Tutoring Because
it is one on one assistance. The individualized sessions give students an opportunity to gain understanding of topics that are difficult. It also gives great satisfaction to be able to help students feel more at ease with a subject that may cause them great anxiety.
