I thought my tutor (John D.) was really good at explaining the concepts by slowing going through the problem first and showing me the steps to solving it. I think that with some tutors in the past they usually take a long time to explain how to do the problem because they ask how I would do the problem, my first step, etc. Like if I knew how to do the problem I wouldn't be in a tutor.com chat room! Also, a lot of times my teacher sort of rushes through the steps of how to solve a problem so when I get to my hw, I genuiely don't have a clue where to start. I loved how my tutor really went through each step, answered all my questions with good explanations, and showed his steps super clearly. He used visuals of the problem that really clearly showed how he got certain numbers and minimized my confusion. I really appreciated it!
