Career Experience
I am currently serving as the dean of academics at a K-12 public charter school as well as a part time virtual instructional coach for teachers. This is my 14th year in education. My previous roles include both middle and high school assistant principal, educational consultant, and 6th - 8th middle school humanities teacher.
I Love Tutoring Because
helping others overcome and push through academic barriers has been a passion of mine since I started my career in education 14 years ago. It brings me joy when others achieve their academic goals and I can contribute to their ultimate success. Tutoring also keeps me on my "p's" and "q's" relative to my own learning and what it takes to help others' learning because as the world changes so does the way in which we learn.
