This particular tutor takes a really long time to respond. So getting through two very simple problems takes forever and sucks up a lot of time. By the end of my sessions with Leon I am usually irritated that something that simple took an hour to get through simply because it takes 3 minutes for him to respond. Half the time I think he has lost connection.

I know you have screen sharing software and I know you're not using it on the assumption that I'm going to cheat. Being denied access to basic instruction and communications tools on the assumption that you'll use them to cheat is not a great feeling. It's counterintuitive to the learning process, as I was struggling with the screen having to take screenshots, edit them, save and then finally import them, I couldn't shake the notion that I was only doing all of this extra busy work because it's assumed that if given better options, I'd only use them for cheating.
