Career Experience

I loved teaching high school and miss my students. During my career I taught all levels of English literature and composition. Plus, I taught World History, American History and AP Art History. Volunteering to be the yearbook and newspaper sponsor were also highlights of my career. Each summer I took my students touring around Europe. These trips not only inspired my students, but also increased my knowledge and improved my daily lessons. My teaching experience took me to three different states and the United Kingdom where I taught the English English! Hence, I enjoyed every moment of my teaching career.

Confidence isn't entirely a factor for me. I do my best as much as I can so I don't need to worry about it. If I get something wrong, I'll fix it and learn from it.
