I have lost a day in a half trying my best to get Microsoft Word and Power Point downloaded for one of my class. I literally do not know nothing about computers ,copy and paste, forget it , I'll wright it all down then I will type it. I'm already frustrated. because I have tried calling the school for 2 days either they are busy or on another line but do not call me back. okay then I have the issue for the app Engeglie) live discussion app. I had no problems before, now I can not get into it, something about authorization? so that's points I will be losing I can not do assignments. but thats not the worst of it for some un godly reason I can not get sign into my student portal. It does not matter because when I request to change it and everytime you ask for a code I have not received it since this started yesterday . so I tried to get it through the email I got the code but lost the page to input it so I lost that now I am really screwed because I will not be able to get my assignment done and turned in on WEDNESDAY.... it is hard enough to get it done in the time frame they give me for the discussions and the respondes. What am I to do. I do not and I have work very hard to get the grades I have now, so I do not want to fall back to where I am unable to catch up . I had to do this when school first started just because the financial dept did not send me my stipend for the assist to get this laptop that I am using and I am waiting for the rest of the refund that I am to receive? I do not know when I am to sign up for my next classes? Maybe everybody was right that me going back to school at my age is wrong because my husband needs me more due to all his surgeries and finding he has cancer now, and I now have a mass on my stomache pushing up against my ribs, along with massive ulcers in side of my esophagus, causing it to narrow . I don't know what I've done to deserve this but I did want to better my self for what might happen down the road. What would my situation be if I needed to quit school? For all of th

They were nice, patient, and thorough, answered all of my questions, gave helpful suggestions, and explained things in a way I could understand!

I needed help refining my statistics work addressing the instructions, criteria, and scenario context. They helped me finish my final section explanation, reviewed all my work to make sure I didn't miss anything, caught a few grammatical errors, confirmed my calculations and data were accurate, and verified it was ready to submit! I needed help finishing my multiple regression equation and my explanation of how the model could be used regarding the problem context and real-world situations. They reviewed my work, explained the variables and their symbol usage, and helped me statistically write the model breakdown and applied values. They also helped me revise my explanation of how the model could be used by providing insight on the real-world situation of the given scenario, giving suggestions on what key details should be included or removed, and reminding me to be more specific about how the variables can be used individually too. They were nice, patient, and worked with me until I understood the math and statistical concepts, as well as the importance of details that are relevant to the situation but not overwhelming!

I needed help checking my statistics explanations and fixing my multiple regression equation work. They helped me revise my writing for better technical terminology and improve understandability; then they broke down the multiple regression formula variables and helped me identify the correct representing variables and values. They were nice, patient, explained everything in a way I could grasp, and made sure I understood everything correctly before ending the session!

I thought he was trying to send messages to me and something was wrong and it couldn't go through, but it turns out it was my fault as I wasn't answering him and couldn't figure out the problem for four minutes straight. I've always been nervous to use any tutoring services at previous schools because I was afraid of judgement, but this was the best tutoring experience I have ever had. Not only was it helpful for learning where I can improve and how I can improve, it helped me realize that my issues with citations is more related to me overthinking every little detail about it when it's actually simpler than I thought. Plus, I got more advice and tips than I would've even thought to ask for! I want to cry happy tears I'm so relieved!
