I didn't understand something so she suggested that I log off the session and come back later on. Not nice. I'm not liking this. I come on here for help with math and I'm understanding a few things but not everything and then when I try to ask for explanations on what was being done I am being told basically to screw off.

I took a simple practice quiz 16 questions. One of the questions had an incorrect answer indicated as correct when going over my results. Very disappointing. If I wasn't already very confident in my skills on this material I would have been horribly confused. It is completely unacceptable to have these kinds of errors in an online tutoring platform.
