Scheduled a session and wasn't met by the tutor I set up. So the system put me with one that was online and we had to make an impromptu lesson and such to go over items which was a real bummer. I don't place any fault on him though because of this. I believe any tutors for any specific classes should also have access to the online materials/books. Perhaps a live screen share in case they are unable to bring up the material you have, at least you can... I also believe if a tutor is a no show they should receive warnings and such and a possible freeze on their account. Or if something is scheduled a tutor must confirm the lesson with the student before anything else is done.
