Career Experience
I have been teaching and guiding students in Grades Kindergarten through 8th for 21 years. In these years, I have been a classroom teacher, an interventionist, instructional coach, and an administrator. In addition, I have experience helping adult learners master new skills and ways of embracing new ideas. Through these various positions, my focus has always been the learner. How do I help them succeed? What do they need to succeed?
I Love Tutoring Because
I can help individual students reach that "ah ha" moment, moving from frustration to understanding so they can succeed in their regular classroom.
