They were nice and told me what I needed to do but that was it. For such a complicated subject as HTML is for beginners, they were not willing to go through the steps needed to fix my errors. Referred me to google it on my own instead of tutoring what I am misunderstanding. I was more than willing to go step-by-step but they were not basically.
