This was an amazing session! each time I have used this service, I have had zero complaints with the tutors themselves. However, I feel that the tools both the tutor and the student have access too, often crash or freeze during the session. Maintenance on this to reduce crashes would only elevate the online tutoring experience, making it a choice one for more students
