I worked for five years as a tutor in my community, teaching K-8 science, mathematics, language arts, and social studies. Also, I gained experience with high school and college-level students in 1-1 sessions involving proper formatting using Microsoft Word, creating projects and presentations through PowerPoint, and essay writing skills and strategies.

I Love Tutoring Because

education is the pathway to success. My focus is to assist students in meeting their educational goals. Tutoring means gifting students with opportunities by opening doors and supporting their education and the growth of confidence in their ability to achieve goals. I enjoy developing diverse instructional strategies to instill hope, provide equity, and engage learners in lessons that capture their interests and are tailored to meet their needs. I am passionate about tutoring, as I get the gratifying opportunity to change lives one at a time through high-quality and meaningful instruction and guidance.
