I came in looking for revisions of wording, and format of my essay but came out with being told to rewrite my entire essay. The instructions do not line up with the feedback I have received from professor so my tutor thinks I need to rewrite the whole thing. I will not.

I think the tutors are good at keeping you guided specifically the assignment. However, if you are looking for advice about how to write specific areas of the paper, they do not provide much assistance. I had an issue conveying a core idea of a paragraph and the tutor was not able to help convey the message in a clear method.
