I think theres a bug in the interface in that when during the matchmaking process if no audio tutors are available then it removes the audio capabilities of the interface. So if an audio enabled tutor happens to become available then the student get matched after the matchmaking hasn't found an audio enabled tutor it fails to load the audio option that should be available.
