I used two different tutors for this assignment, and they seemed to be as confused as me. Bus-210 Module 6 (reorganize business structure). Also, I selected that I wanted a tutor with audio both times and both times I encountered a tutor that was chat only. The first encounter, the tutor redirected me to someone who could chat on mic. Verbally communicating makes the process easier to comprehend.
