The Professional Career Service has three specific phases, depending on the moment in which each student is:
1- Ready phase: Phase dedicated to preparing each candidate and defining its professional strategies and objectives. We help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and create an action plan that helps them execute and achieve their objectives.
2-Set phase: Phase that prepares students and positions them in the labor market. For this, we offer three career service options based on each student's profile:
-Start my Career: analyze and select most appropriate strategies to boost the professional career of junior profiles with a maximum of 4 years of experience in management areas. In this phase, student's value proposition, positioning, and differentiation are improved and equipped with employability tools.
- Boost Career: oriented to senior profiles, it develops the student's Career Plan and works on a specific action plan for their professional growth with the objective of adjusting their profile to career opportunities.
-EAE Emprende: cross-training on entrepreneurship and support during the development of the project, which allows students to adapt their training according to their interests and aptitudes and helps them increase their professional projection.
3. Phase Go: the last stage focuses on the professional visibility of the students with the recruiting companies that collaborate with the Professional Careers Service. In this sense, to promote the relationship between students and companies, we develop actions such as the Online Employment Forum, the Opportunity Bank, the Company Meeting, the Talent Week, the International Talent Program, the Company Day and the Round Table with Headhunters, among others.
The Professional Careers Service of EAE Business School serves as a meeting point for students, alumni, companies, and other business groups interested in hiring professionals from EAE Business School. Thanks to this program, 93% of students find work before six months after finishing the program in companies such as Coca-Cola, Banco Santader, and others.
