What to do before your first session
- You'll use your online account throughout your program to access your schedule, syllabus, practice tests, drills/homework, score reports, supplemental lessons, online books, and join your live classes.
- If enrolled by phone and you have not registered, use the "Complete your Registration" email or select Register/Sign In under My Account from any page on www.princetonreview.com using the email provided at enrollment. If enrolling for a student, the purchaser must complete registration and accept the terms and conditions before the student can register and access their student dashboard.
- Once signed in, you may be prompted to complete a few additional onboarding questions before you can access your student dashboard.
- Your course schedule is accessible online on the Classes page of the student dashboard.
- Your dashboard becomes available immediately upon enrollment. On your course page, you will always be able to see the expiration date of your course content.
- We suggest you check that your computer meets the minimum requirements before your first live class by accessing one of the drills or lessons under the Course Index tab.
- Our systems works best with Google Chrome so most functionality issues can be resolved by using it.
- From the Library tab of your dashboard, navigate to the Books option to access your online manuals.
- If you purchased the physical books, they will be shipped to you via FedEx. Shipping times can range from 3-7 business days after enrollment, depending on your location.
- Enrolling with The Princeton Review does NOT register you for the official test administration. Please visit the testing agency website to register.
- Each program includes a target test date associated with your course. This is the test date you should plan to take the official test. If you have a change in plans, please contact us immediately.
- We encourage you to register for your official test as early as possible. Test dates can and do fill up, often well before the registration deadline.
- Flexible Attendance will allow you to attend alternative class sessions across our many active courses if rescheduling is necessary.
- Use the Alternate Class Sessions link on your dashboard to find other dates and times for a class to make up a missed class, plan around a schedule conflict or to attend additional sessions for extra help.
- Alternate sessions will be available exclusively through the Alternate Class Sessions link. These alternate sessions won't replace or show up alongside your original session on the dashboard homepage. You can add it to your personal schedule using the calendar icon or simply make a note of it.
- If you attend an alternate session, recordings are only available for your original scheduled session. You can access these after that session has occurred to review instruction. For regular content questions outside of class, you should continue to reach out to your originally scheduled instructors.
- Guarantee terms remain unchanged – alternate sessions count as attendance! If you take advantage of flexible scheduling sessions, the Attendance in your Progress Summary will reflect these sessions.
- Be sure you've read all communications we've sent. We provide valuable information and address many frequently asked questions.
- You will be able to log into your first (and every session) 15 minutes before class start time. We encourage you to use this time to make sure you are logged in without any issues.
- Recordings of class sessions will be available within 24 hours. Click the View Recording button under Coursework on the Home page to access.

- Review the Student Enrollment Agreement regarding payment terms, cancellations, and refunds. SPECIAL NOTE: Once a class has started, there are no refunds available.
- If you have been approved for accommodations by the testing agency, please send us a copy of your official letter to accessibility@review.com.
- The Princeton Review welcomes your feedback throughout your program. You'll receive evaluations through your Dashboard and/or an email during and at the end of your course, as well as a follow-up survey about a month later. We'd also appreciate a copy of your official test results. Your feedback and results help us continually improve the student experience.
