The Mount St. Mary's University campus is located directly on US Route 15 (a major highway going north and south). Route 15 intersects the Pennsylvania Turnpike I-76 south of Harrisburg, PA, and I-70 and I-270 in Frederick, MD. Maryland State Route 140 intersects US Route 15 just 2 miles north of campus.
