Admissions Requirements
Prerequisites are one year each of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and one semester each of Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, College Math, and Statistics. Recommended courses include a second semester of Organic Chemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, Psychology and Sociology. Advanced Placement and CLEP courses may count for fulfilling prerequisite requirements if the credits are granted on the pre-medical transcript, and there is other evidence of appropriate knowledge in the subject area. The MCAT is required, and the exam must be within three years of the application deadline. For applicants who have retaken the exam, the most recent set of scores is compared to previous scores.
