With over 20 years of experience in software development, I’ve seen significant changes and advancements in the field. When I started in the corporate world, I was often the only woman in the room. Now, I can guide and inspire the next generation of developers. My IT career started with learning to program using Microsoft Access 2.0 and transitioning to Microsoft .Net and SQL database development. Helping students understand complex concepts and witnessing their "aha" moments is incredibly rewarding.
