I have my degree in business administration, a minor in criminal justice, and a certification in medical coding.

I Love Tutoring Because

it's a challenge! Putting complex concepts into simple terms is often the most helpful but is not always easy to portray. I enjoy pushing myself to do this, and I love to see the results that follow!

I think that the school and the tutoring service should have better access to the course material if they are helping. I should not in a position where I can send the assignment and be told you still need to refer back to your professor. It should be a better understanding of what we are to do

I was nervous that Business Law II class material may be too specific/narrow to receive help from available tutors. However, I'm so glad that I got connected with Abigail and received help from her. She was able to go beyond my own textbook reading and Google searches, where she thought through different concepts in their meaning and application in a dialog conversation. I've asked many clarifying questions, and she kindly went over them in a clear and a concise manner. She went over my homework draft and helped me see what she agrees and do not agrees depending on the meaning of various concepts in this Business Law unit. Also having someone work together to apply those concepts was very helpful. Highly recommend her for your next tutoring session.

The only issue I have with tutor is the function for uploading files. I feel that another way to upload would be helpful. I am using a chromebook and cannot upload directly from my device. Canvas allows upload directly from Google Drive. I feel this should also be implemented here.
