I'm on a macbook so maybe its a compatibility issue but I didn't have the option to share my screen nor prompts telling my how to use this software. I'm familiar with a lot of current software like teams and all that, but I just didn't know where the controls were with this one, and I didn't have time to figure it out since getting the help I could was more important than wasting time messing with unfamiliar UI.

It was awesome. This would be my feedback. I had to spend almost 20 minutes explaining all over again a question I had explained in the previous session earlier this morning to another tutor, because the one who helped me previously was no longer available. It would be great if there could be the option (when I request a session) to mention that I want to have 2 or 3 sessions in a row, so I don't have to explain my question all over again to a new tutor.
